JMH School of Technological Radiology

The Imaging Department at Jackson Memorial Hospital has proudly sponsored the program in Radiologic Sciences since 1955. The program provides both clinical and didactic instruction in general x-ray as well as a well-rounded introduction to other modalities such as MRI, CT and Interventional procedures. The Jackson Memorial Medical Center provides the perfect learning environment because of its leadership in medical research, use of innovative procedures and techniques, and its affiliations with leading medical programs of the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine, the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and the various community outreach programs and clinics.

Our program is open to all qualified applicants without regard to political affiliation, race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, marital status, place of birth or national origin and with proper regard to their privacy and constitutional rights as citizens and legal residents.

The instrumentation, techniques and clinical applications are the most up-to-date and sophisticated available. The volume and variety of clinical procedures assures the student of a well-rounded educational experience that rarely can be duplicated.
