Jackson Health System (JHS) Clinical Trials Office (CTO) is
established to carry out the organization’s goal of providing a high standard of quality
care for its patients, while facilitating clinical research studies which
may improve overall healthcare for all patients at Jackson facilities.
As a Research Center of Excellence, the CTO will provide oversight, central support and guidance to staff physicians participating in clinical trials. Physicians actively participating in research programs will provide JHS with the vision, talent, energy, knowledge and medical direction necessary to maintain growth and prosper in the evolving arena of medicine. JHS legal, regulatory and compliance staff will provide guidance to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Jackson Health System’s Clinical Trials Office mission is to provide centralized infrastructure supporting all of Jackson Health System’s clinical research investigators and staff. CTO delivers resources, education and information, and serves to stimulate innovative solutions to clinical research challenges faced by research staff. JHS is dedicated to fostering an environment that enables clinical research to be conducted with the highest standards of quality, integrity and efficiency.
