Welcome, Bienvenidos, Bienvini to Jackson Memorial Perdue Medical Center, a long-term-care facility of the Jackson Health System. Located on a beautiful 11-acre campus in South Dade, Jackson Memorial Perdue Medical Center is a licensed 163-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Staff
Jackson Memorial
Perdue Medical Center provides 24-hour medical and skilled nursing care provided
by staff physicians, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, dieticians
and certified nursing assistants. All members of our professional staff
are dully licensed and/or certified. Our staff also reflects the diversity of our resident population.
Staff are specially trained and/or licensed in adult
medicine, geriatrics, rehabilitation nursing and restorative nursing.
Accreditations
Jackson Memorial Perdue Medical Center is a Medicare/Medicaid certified facility. We are surveyed annually by the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) and are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
Affiliations
Jackson Memorial Perdue Medical Center is a part of the Jackson Health System care network, which is comprised of two long-term care facilities, 10 primary care centers, a maternity hospital and internationally recognized Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH), the hub of the system.
Jackson Memorial is located at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center, where physicians from the UM School of Medicine (UMSM) join with JMH staff to provide a regional resource for specialty care for transplantation, critically ill newborns, burn victims, trauma patients, patients needing comprehensive cancer care and many other services.
Jackson Memorial Perdue Medical Center residents have full use of UMSM and JMH clinics, specialists and inpatient services.
