Driving directions to the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center:

From the north on I-95:
Exit I-95 onto SR 836 west. Stay in the right lane and take the first exit which is 14th Street. Continue west on 14th Street to 12th Avenue. Turn right onto 12th Avenue.

Immediately on your right will be the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center valet parking. At the second light is the entrance to the Park Plaza West Parking Garage. At 19th Street is the Main Entrance to Jackson Memorial Hospital.  The Main Enterance building is home to the Diagnostic Treatment Center.

From the south on I-95:
Exit I-95 onto SR 836 west. Move to the right lane to exit onto 12th Avenue. Turn right from the exit ramp onto 12th Avenue.

Continue north one block. The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center entrance is on your right, just past the intersection of 14th Street. At the second light is the entrance to the Park Plaza West Parking Garage. At 19th Street is the Main Entrance to Jackson Memorial Hospital.  The Main Entrance building is home to the Diagnostic Treatment Center.

From the Dolphin Expressway (DR 836), the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826) the airport and others points west:

Take SR 836 East and exit at N.W. 17th Avenue heading north to the Civic Center/Hospitals. On the exit ramp, bear left and turn right onto 17th Avenue. Cross the bridge and turn right at the first traffic light onto North River Drive. Make the first left onto N.W. 13th Terrace.

Turn right on N.W. 14th Street and turn left onto N.W. 12th Avenue. The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center entrance is immediately on your right. The valet parking attendants will park your car.

At the second light is the entrance to the Park Plaza West Parking Garage. At 19th Street is the Main Entrance to Jackson Memorial Hospital.  The Main Entrance building is home to the Diagnostic Treatment Center.

The following public transportation is also available to take you to the UM/Jackson Medical Center:

Metrorail: Exit Metrorail at the Civic Center Station on N.W. 12th Avenue. Sylvester is just south of the station on the east side of N.W. 12th Avenue. The entrance to Jackson Memorial Hospital is just north of the station on the east side of N.W. 12th Avenue.

Tri-Rail: Take the Tri-Rail south to the Metrorail station at 79th Street in Hialeah. Take Metrorail south and exit at the Civic Center Station on N.W. 12th Avenue. Sylvester is just south of the station on the east side of N.W. 12th Avenue. The entrance to Jackson Memorial Hospital is just north of the station on the east side of N.W. 12th Avenue.

Driving directions to Jackson North Medical Center at 160 N.W. 170th Street, North Miami Beach:

Jackson North Medical Center is located east of the Golden Glades Interchange, providing easy access from I-95, Florida’s Turnpike and the Palmetto Expressway (826).

From the North
Exit I-95 at SR 826 east. At the light, N.W. Second Avenue, make a left. Jackson North Medical Center is on the right.

From the Northeast
Take Miami Gardens Drive west to N.E. Sixth Avenue. Make a left and drive south to 167th Street. Make a right to N.W. First Avenue. Make a right into Jackson North Medical Center.

From the East
Take N.E. 163 Street (SR 826) west to N.E. First Avenue. Make right into Jackson North Medical Center.

From the South
Take I-95 north and exit at SR 826 east. At the light, N.W. Second Avenue, make a left. Jackson North Medical Center is on the right

From Surrounding Community
Jackson North Medical Center is off 167th Street (SR 826) at the Golden Glades Interchange of I-95, SR 826 and US 441 (SR 7).  

Driving directions to Jackson South Community Hospital at 9333 S.W. 152nd Street:

From US 1: Take US 1 to S.W. 152nd Street. Turn onto 152nd Street heading west. The hospital will be on the right side past the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Station and the Miami-Dade Library.

From the Florida’s Turnpike: Take the turnpike to S.W. 152nd Street and drive east.  The hospital will be right before the US 1 intersection on the left side.
