What do I need to bring when I come to my first
appointment?
- two picture IDs
- your utility bills (rent, light and phone bills)
- proof of income (last four pay stubs consecutively)
or any other form of income
- your Social Security card
- birth certificate
Care will never be denied; a bill will be issued if proper documentation is
not available.
Who can be seen at the health center? Anyone who lives in
Miami-Dade County may access care.
How do I make an appointment? Please call

If I don’t have insurance nor Medicaid, can I still see a
doctor? Yes, but you need to make an appointment first.
If I think I am pregnant, what do I do? You should come
to the clinic and take a free pregnancy test. If it’s positive, we will be glad
to give you an appointment for prenatal care, which includes your application
for Medicaid and WIC, as well as prenatal, childbirth and breastfeeding
classes.
How can I get tested for HIV? You can come to the clinic
and get tested for free. It’s completely confidential and
anonymous.
