Achiever Award Program

If you believe a Jackson employee has done a great job, and you would like to recognize that person or say “thank you,” you may nominate him or her for the Jackson Health System “Achiever Award.”

This award is given to Jackson employees for excellent performance and for living by the Jackson Health System Values.  Your nomination will allow them to know that you appreciated their efforts and will encourage them to achieve high standards every day.

You can nominate any individual employee or a team.  On a quarterly basis, managers will be specially considered for the Managers’ Achiever Award.

You can request a nomination form from a staff member in the unit where you are a patient or a visitor. Once you have completed the form, just return it to someone who works in the unit and ask them to send it to Human Resources.
