The JHS Adult and Pediatric Nursing Residency is a comprehensive, evidence-based onboarding of new graduate nurses that helps them gain the experience, judgment, skills and confidence they need to navigate the complexity of hospital life. Entering the professional world as novices, residents progress to the competent level quickly, safely and efficiently. Applicants must have passed RN Board prior to starting the residency.
